We found a gap... and took on the responsibility to fill it. About eight years ago we set out to create a community of entrepreneurs and professionals who could rely on us to make necessary connections, helping them grow their respective professional networks. A few years - and hundreds of events, marketing campaigns, surveys and focus groups - later, we not only had the largest professional network on the west coast (and maybe the US) but gigabytes of useful data, information and contacts. It turns out, people didn't just want to be connected to people and professional development resources, but also were looking for easier access to relevant projects. Guess what, fortune 500 companies to startups and non-profits needed help connecting to diverse, skilled talent at a competitive rate. ​ So here we are... filling the gap between companies (large and small) and talent they need to grow. ​
