Our aim is to provide companies with reliable and efficient service in our specified areas. We currently operate with five agents and are expanding to fit the needs of new companies. All our agents are experienced and have years of experience within the service industry. Their skills include but are not limited to, the ability to type over 35WPM, Accent and voice neutralization which comes in handy while taking phone calls, exceptional email etiquette. Our agents are reliable, dependable, honest, meticulous, efficient, highly receptive to new information, they are tech savvy and go above and beyond to ensure the highest level of customer service, hence the name Cus-Centricity.
