Depending on the type of contract, an example scenario might include an initial meeting online by which we discuss your project requirements later followed by daily or weekly short meetings. If applicable, we prefer to use TFS, Visual Studio Online, which is now Azure DevOps for project management. We’ll sit down and create a user story based on our conversation, which will later be broken down into tasks. We’ll determine which developers would be best for each task and then assign the tasks accordingly. The tasks allow us to estimate how much time we think it will take to complete a project, which translates into costs for you. As the tasks are completed, code is checked into the repository. If you need some type of Continuous Integration or Deployment or special Build scenario, we can do that as well. When we go into testing phase, if applicable, we can handle bugs just as we did the tasks. If you prefer to use different DevOps tools, that is ok.
