Basic Bookkeeping Rate $17.50 CFO Level Service Included - 1 Hour initial consult with CFO briefing the role and discussing requirements - Training of Bookkeeper to excel in your business practices - Issue resolution and communication of expectations to bookkeeper - Answer basic queries from bookkeeper on processing Bookkeeping Services Included - Data entering and coding - Account reconciliations - Invoicing customers - Accounts Payable - Manage fixed assets - Inventory systems - Payroll (NZ and Au) - Filing of GST and BAS returns - Reporting - Other admin as required Bookkeeper plus Review and Advisory Rate $25.00 All of the above plus additional CFO Level Services - Monthly review of reports, meeting to discuss and business advice - Checking of Bookkeepers work for data integrity - Ongoing advice and recommendations of processing efficiency
