Over twenty-five years of experience in marketing, operations, customer service and general administration throughout various industries. We have managed a hotel loyalty program, the marketing for a group of boutique hotels, built websites, coordinated the production of printed materials, created standard operating procedures, implemented systems, managed teams remotely, performed interviews on behalf of clients, produced and hosted television shows, managed virtual conferences, and so much more. We have found a niche for clients needing project management, business operations, and, more recently, virtual conference management. Not afraid to get our hands dirty, we will jump in and tackle anything that needs attention, from the very simple to the very complex.
