We provide remote service with more 8 years of experience as IT Systems and Network Specialist support •Familiarity with Cloud-hosted services and Cloud platforms • Administer network workstations, utilizing one or more TCP/IP networking protocols • Investigate user problems, identify their root cause, determine possible solutions, test, and implement them • Install, configure, and remotely maintain personal computers, file servers, and other related equipment, devices, and systems • Plan and implement network security, applying cryptography to network applications, managing host security, file permissions, backup, and disaster recovery plans, and file system integrity • Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties • Establish and perform maintenance programs following company and vendor standards • Investigate, recommend, and install enhancements and operating procedures that optimize network performance • Maintain confidentiality with regards to the information being processed, stored, or accessed by the network
