I have been working through the Upwork platform since 2018, and I love it. I love having the freedom and flexibility to work remotely from anywhere. I also love having the ability to work safely and comfortably from the quietness of my own home office. It allows me to concentrate on the tasks at hand so much better. My focus levels are very high, allowing me to work swiftly and accurately. I enjoy working with the public in any form, whether it is on the phone, in person, or through chat or email. I am seeking a position that involves any type of customer or administrative support and will be a LONG TERM position. When I am working, my customers are my main focus, and my number one priority is a resolution and their satisfaction. I listen closely and actively to my customers to ensure I am meeting all of their needs. I am very empathetic and patient with every customer that I encounter. I have various unique skills that enhance my ability to get ANY job done professionally and promptly. While working under minimal supervision, I usually produce a higher quality and quantity of work than my counterparts. I believe that I can be an asset to any company or organization.
