I’m an experienced corporate tech recruiter and Human Resources agency owner who drives results in talent acquisition by connecting businesses with highly qualified candidates. I am open to exclusively recruiting/sourcing/headhunting as an independent contractor, or my agency also offers a full-service option to meet the needs of the client/hiring manager. Our expertise spans various aspects of the HR field, including but not limited to Employee Relations, Compliance, and Labor Law. My full-service recruitment includes: •Initial consultation to collect information and create a recruiting strategy. •Thorough recruitment of active candidates through job boards as well as sourcing of passive candidates using our own tools. •Presentation of candidates typically within 2-3 days of consultation. •On-going communication to provide updates and/or feedback. •Checking of references and other pre-employment requirements (by request). •Facilitation of letter presentation and negotiations as needed. •A positive experience for both the client and the candidates.
