As a Full Cycle Recruiter and Sourcer also leading a team of 7 my responsibilities included Using candidate databases ‘’CATS-LinkedIn-ZFR-Career Builder-Monster.com-Dice-Indeed-AngelList-TheLadders-iCIMS-Upwork(to find freelancers from different countries)’’ to match the right person to the client's vacancy; receiving and reviewing applications, managing and making phone screening interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client.
