With almost three decades of experience in electro-mechanical product development, I help product ideas become commercially viable innovations. I’m the co-founder of Eclipse Design Innovation and have personally led the design, development, and launch of over 60 products across medical, security, and industrial sectors—backed by more than 100 U.S. and international patents. I've helped a range of clients, from a startup with only a back-of-the-napkin sketch to a Fortune 500 with complex requirements, navigate the product development path from concept to production. I bring both detailed technical expertise in embedded systems, electronic circuit design, firmware, and product lifecycle management, as well as big picture integration with mechanical designers, marketing requirements, and user profiles. I can also help with complying with medical device safety testing, quality system documentation, or reducing production costs. My experience spans founding multiple companies, while also managing teams, schedules, and strategy at the board level, so I understand both the engineering and the business sides of innovation.
