Who’s Behind Mawahebna?
Hi, I’m Marwa Albawaliz - the founder of Mawahebna.
Before starting this agency, I spent the last few years working hands-on in People Ops and Talent Acquisition at a fast-growing startup in the region. I built hiring processes from scratch, led recruitment for tech and non-tech roles, and worked closely with leadership on onboarding, performance systems, and internal people processes.
My experience spans across Jordan, KSA, and Egypt — and I’ve seen first-hand what works (and what doesn’t) when it comes to hiring and building teams in the startup world.
I started Mawahebna to support early-stage and growing startups in the Arab region — helping them hire better, design lean People Ops systems, and improve how they engage with both talents and teams. This agency is built on care, clarity, and a real understanding of how startups operate.
