Beneath the founding team, we work with a trusted group of engineers and specialists, giving us over 65 years of combined software delivery experience and the ability to scale teams as projects grow.

Femi Opaneye is a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience across law, investment banking, and technology-led businesses. He has worked with organisations including Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, and Deutsche Bank, and focuses on product direction, delivery oversight, and aligning software with commercial outcomes.

Oliver Refle is a Principal Engineer in Oliver Wyman’s Digital Practice with nearly two decades of experience building complex systems for global financial institutions. He leads technical architecture and implementation, with a focus on scalable platforms, data-intensive systems, and software built to operate in production from day one.

We’re comfortable owning delivery end-to-end or working alongside internal product and engineering teams. Our focus is always the same: build software that is maintainable, extensible, and ready for real use- not just demos.
