I am a PHP developer from Ukraine providing professional offshore outsourcing services. My main goal is customer’s satisfaction in projects I'm in charge of and understanding the client’s business goals, requirements and ideas. I specialize in Zend framework complex web applications. RDBMS: MySQL, PostgreSQL (see the portfolio project about setting up reverse-geocoding system, I have experience with PostGIS extension of PostgreSQL)
*nix-like systems: installing and setting up dedicated servers. Main tools used: bash scripting, exim/sendmail/postfix MTA tuning, gcc, apache, mysql/postgresql administration, vim, ssh etc
Version control systems: git
templating: Smarty, Twig
Client side: XHTML Strict, CSS, Javascript (jQuery, motools)
APIs: Google (reverse/straight geocoding, REST), Yahoo REST, Flickr, Yelp, Youtube and many others
Other technologies: cXML DTD (Ariba protocol for eProcurement), KML/KMZ (I have experience with large KMLs projecting on the map, generalizing KML using KML2KML or ArcGIS. These tasks were challenging due to rendering the KMLs, of more than 1 Mb in size, on google map or GE plugin)
