I work for an export company for last few year, specialized in ourdoor and sport item, I familiar with lots of industry, expecially in bags, leather, plastics, silicom, and ceramic. have a lots of factory connection. we can provide the service from design, prototype and manufacturing sourcing.
What can i do for you :
-Received and improve customer design for production.
-Help client to provide full set of tech drawing for quotation, both 2D and 3D.
-Doing all kind of prototype before production
- Sourcing best product and suppliers.
- Negotiating price, analyzing product cost, collecting and comparing quotations.
- Visiting and evaluating factory, analysising supplier capability.
- Draw up contract files/confidentiality agreements / tooling agreement.
- Prepare samples, follow up the whole process, Making production plan and schedule. Monitor supplier’s performance of bulk production, follow up and make sure order's quality, delivery time and packages file are correct and ensure the goods can be shipped on schedule
- Arrange the inspection according to PQP process. Reviews inspection report and handle existing problems from the inspection.
- Arrange the shipment. - Handling and monitoring of claims to factories and vendors for defectives, shortage, missing parts.
