These are the list of our skills and experiences Oberlo We have years of experience using Oberlo to fulfill orders and adding tracking codes manually. AliExpress We use AliExpress to sync orders with Oberlo, Contact the suppliers, Opening a dispute, checking order status and choosing a product to be uploaded using Dropifiedapp. Shopify We use Shopify in creating/adding new orders, responding to chargebacks, adding discounts / Creating a discount code, changing or correcting customer addresses and information's, editing product descriptions and titles, correcting the right photos from the product variants, refunding the customers and Exporting Orders in CSV. CommerceHQ It is almost the same platform as Shopify. We are uploading new products, reviews adding tracking codes manually, price and descriptions editing and more. DropifiedApp We use DropifiedApp on importing AliExpress products, downloading AliExpress product reviews and adding it on DropifiedApp, Changing the suppliers and variant mapping and then exporting it to Shopify or CommerceHQ Store. We also use DropifiedApp for: * Changing compare at price * Adding size chart * Arranging product description * Editing / Removing suppliers watermarks * Making a good product names base on the appearance and description of the product. * Advance Variant Mapping We also use DropifiedApp for order processing and Orders Audit to see if there are duplicate orders. Aliprice We use Aliprice to find some new suppliers on the same product that currently unavailable to our previous suppliers and will not produce any more of that product. Facebook / Facebook for Bussiness (Ads Manager) We use Facebook to make a Carousel Ads/Facebook Ads and launch it. *Phase 1 Launching New Ads *Phase 2 Retargeting the Ads *Phase 3 Scaling the Ads We also use Facebook to answer some of the customer's inquiries. Gmail / Zendesk / FrontApp / Private Email We use Gmail / Zendesk to answer all of the customer's inquiries about their product. Like, Order Cancellation request, Changing their shipping Address, Changing the size/color of their orders and giving them tracking information about their orders. We also have experience building a new store on Shopify and CommerceHQ but we are still developing our skills for this.
