I am currently leading confidential work on AI-enabled physical products and high-stakes enterprise automation. Public examples are intentionally generalized and based on real capabilities. Client designs, schematics, component layouts, and architecture remain private.

SELECTED PROOF

• Built and productionized a real-estate intelligence platform covering zoning, geospatial reasoning, lot classification, setbacks, buildable envelopes, and flood risk.
• Led an AI underwriting platform for a publicly traded lender with about $40M in annual revenue. It automated most small-business credit decisions and routed the hardest cases to expert underwriters.
• Built clinical AI, speech, EMR, and workflow automation systems where identity, evidence, permissions, and auditability matter.
