• Build network and distribution strategies that balance inventory, transportation, capacity, and customer service.
• Improve planning, forecasting, replenishment, and S&OP / IBP to better align supply with demand.
• Design scalable operating models, processes, KPIs, and governance for sustainable performance.

Warehouse & Distribution Center Optimization
• Design greenfield and brownfield warehouses for higher throughput, better space utilization, lower OPEX, and scalable growth.
• Optimize layouts, storage systems, material flow, labor, MHE, capacity, and inventory placement.
• Evaluate and design warehouse automation including AS/RS, AGVs, AMRs, robotic picking, and dark warehouse concepts.
• Use simulation and what-if modelling to validate capacity, throughput, resources, and investment decisions.

Inventory & Working Capital
• Reduce excess, obsolete, slow-moving, and dead inventory without compromising service levels.
• Improve inventory health through segmentation, right-sizing, safety stock, replenishment, and demand-supply alignment.
• Identify opportunities to release working capital while improving availability and operational performance.

Logistics & Fulfilment
• Redesign logistics networks, distribution models, routing, and fulfilment processes to reduce cost and lead time. • Improve service levels, transportation efficiency, delivery performance, and reverse logistics.
