I do data entry, web scraping, PDF conversion, data extraction, data cleaning, Articulate course building, and English to Spanish translation. Eight years of it, 300+ clients in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, Switzerland and a few other places. My Job Success Score is 100%, and a lot of the clients who first hired me for one small task are still sending me work years later.

I studied Mathematics, and I recently finished the Data Quality Specialization from the University of Michigan. That's probably why I'm fussy about files. Entering the data is the easy part. Knowing it's correct, complete and actually usable is the real job.

What I usually work on:

• Data entry and processing: invoices, bank statements, legal filings, product catalogs, historical directories, scanned forms. Anywhere from 100 rows to 500,000+, in Excel, Google Sheets, or wherever your data needs to live.
• Web scraping: public sites, membership directories, government portals, e-commerce platforms. I use Python, Octoparse and WebScraper, and deliver in whatever format you need.
• PDF to Excel and other PDF conversion: text PDFs, image PDFs, password-protected files, poor scans, old documents with messy layouts. OCR plus a manual pass, so what comes back is clean.
• Data cleaning and deduplication: columns in the wrong place, inconsistent naming, duplicate records, garbled imports. Excel formulas, Power Query or careful manual correction, depending on what the file needs.
• CMS, platform data entry and document formatting: product uploads in Shopify and WooCommerce, content migrations in WordPress and Squarespace, SharePoint entry, blog transfers, PowerPoint rebuilds, PDF to Word, fillable forms.
• Articulate Storyline and Rise 360: building courses from scripts, storyboards or PowerPoint decks, loading and formatting content, quizzes and interactions, cleaning up files someone else started, and publishing to SCORM. I also localize existing courses into Spanish, including on-screen text, quiz items and narration scripts.
• English to Spanish translation: documents, websites, manuals, legal and medical content. Spanish is my first language, so it reads like a person wrote it, not like it went through a tool.

Two things come up in reviews more than anything else. Accuracy is one. I check the work rather than just move it, compare OCR output against the source, and verify against the original before I send anything. The other is communication. I'd rather ask three questions on day one than hand you the wrong thing at the end, and if something in your files looks off, you'll hear about it from me.
