The LightTeam embarked on its journey with a single passionate individual working from a home office in 2013 - our CEO Olha Mamaievska.

Since then, it has evolved into a proficient and committed team, making strides in the global IT and tech recruiting services market since 2016.

Now we proudly identify ourselves as Ukrainian Talents, consisting of skilled developers and tech recruiters located in Ukraine. Our development team consists of 13 talented individuals, including
designers and developers, while our workforce also comprises 6 dedicated tech recruiters working full-time (before the war we had 22 recruiters, and it's our main idea now to get them back, to give jobs to Ukrainian Recruiters and Developers).
