Justec Brand Protection is a brand protection company that is currently focused on Schedule A litigation—a fast, effective legal mechanism used in U.S. federal courts to stop online counterfeiting, freeze assets, and enforce IP rights on platforms like Amazon, Etsy, AliExpress, and Shopify.
We assist both plaintiffs and defendants, through our strategic partnerships, in these actions:
For plaintiffs, we help rights holders identify infringers, compile evidence, prepare filings, and coordinate enforcement through our U.S.-licensed attorney partner (New York). Our partner regularly appears in the Federal Court in the Northern District of Illinois.
For defendants, we assist with analyzing the complaint, negotiating settlements, unfreezing PayPal or Amazon accounts, and coordinating defense strategy—again, in partnership with a licensed New York attorney.
⚖️ Note: While I am a licensed attorney in South Africa, I am not licensed to practice law in the United States. All court filings and legal representation are handled by our U.S.-licensed attorney partner, for whom our company provides support.
🔒 Important: We are currently only accepting Schedule A litigation-related work on Upwork. This includes both enforcement (plaintiff-side) and defense (responding to Schedule A lawsuits). We do not offer general legal services or unrelated IP work through this platform.
If you are involved in Schedule A litigation—whether as a brand owner or a named defendant—we provide streamlined, strategic support to help you move quickly and effectively through the legal process.
Justec Brand Protection earns an estimated $2.1k/mo. That's 1.6× the typical agency and more than 99% of everyone we track.
