• Sales: I have worked several sales positions personally and have successfully filled a wide variety of sales roles including Business Development Reps, Commission-Only Sales Reps, Enterprise Account Managers, and Remote Sales Reps.

• IT: Along with spending 2+ years at the one of the premium IT advisory firms, I dabbled as a software developer for several years, giving me a unique understanding of tech roles. I've successful placed: Front End Developers, UI Developers, Java Developers, DevOps Engineers, Database Specialists, Business Intelligence Analysts, NetSuite Developers, System Administrators, and Sales Engineers.

My Process:

• Onboarding: Upon starting our contract, I will schedule a 30 minute consultation with you to discuss your specific needs and recruitment criteria.

• Job Description: If applicable, I will work with you to craft a powerful and compelling job description, as well as manage all aspects of your free and paid advertisements.

• Weekly Reports: I will deliver weekly reports with data on candidates contacted, interviewed, and submitted, including detailed notes from all of my interviews.

• Reference Checks: Upon selection, I will handle all aspects of the reference check process.
