If we're unable to meet a deadline, you’ll get an updated schedule as soon as possible.                                            ──────────────────── What We Expect ────────────────────                                            Setting clear expectations helps us work together efficiently. Here's what we expect from you: * You should plan to respond to all project-related emails within 48 hours during the business week, preferably sooner. * Fixed-price projects should be considered unless they don't make sense for the task. A clearly defined fixed cost project give us both a better idea of what we're getting into. * We don't quote both fixed-price and hourly estimates for a task. We've found this pulls the focus away from actually solving the problem.
