NOTE: I am not a senior marketing strategist, though I'm happy to review strategies, advise on them, and provide ideas for revision and expansion. My primary focus is integrating and managing strategies. A strategy is a powerful tool but useless without someone who knows how to implement it. “A goal without a plan is just a wish.”

For over 17 years, I have worked as a Business and Operations Consultant, Project Manager, Content Developer, and Marketing Professional.

For the last ten years, my primary focus has been working with marketing agencies, eCommerce startups, and small businesses, helping them run the day-to-day and set up internal systems. I specialize in building, optimizing, and integrating standard operating procedures. I’ve hired over 20 junior project managers and dozens of ghostwriters, designers, and developers.

I have extensive experience in legal marketing and providing management advice to law firms. For over ten years, I worked as a legal assistant and paralegal in the following practice areas: estate planning, elder law, real estate, criminal defense, intellectual property, family law, and bankruptcy.

In addition, I am a Health & Wellness Operations Director specializing in nutrition, supplementation, meditation, stress management, gut health, CBD, and healthy lifestyle management. I hold a Master's degree in Health Psychology and am an RYT-200 Yoga Teacher. I'm a former Health Coach turned professional researcher, writer, content, and blog manager. I have spearheaded six online learning programs' launch, management, and content development.

My experience is diverse and includes:

1. More than two years providing teaching assistance at the collegiate level and managing the launch and day-to-day for several busy online learning programs.
2. Over ten years working as a paralegal in various law firms.
3. Nearly two years working as a Marketing Consultant for small to medium law firms.
4. Over seven years serving as production manager for independent filmmakers.
5. Over fifteen years of providing practice management advice to entrepreneurs in alternative medicine, cannabis, digital marketing, live event marketing, brand development, website and software (app) design and development, law, real estate, and publishing.
6. Over eight years consulting Marketing Agencies, running the day-to-day, building or optimizing processes, and hiring/training new agency members.
