Virtual Conference Team

We are a multi-national, multi-lingual team of skilled freelancers. Much of our extensive experience has been gained in non-profit and volunteer roles and we are well educated, trustworthy and competent.

OVERVIEW: We are skilled in consecutive and live interpretation, video conference hosting/tech support, public speaking and teaching, letter writing, proofreading, translating, and language teaching.

VIDEO CONFERENCING: Every week, we host and moderate over a dozen Zoom meeting events with 15-160 attendees, and sometimes hundreds. We provide all stages of video conference planning, technical support, or hosting primarily for the Zoom platform, but we are always expanding into other platforms such as Teams, Webex, and Meet. We moderate and direct public events and frequently speak or present content publicly as well as in one-on-one teaching sessions.

We can help you plan for a large or small meeting and teach you how to use Zoom functions including: Meeting scheduling and registration, closed captions, language interpretation, screen share, annotation, audio/video settings, reactions and raise hand, meeting recording, polls, breakout rooms, and much more. We han help you with scene and background preparation, lighting and audio adjustments, screen layout and other best practices. We can host your meeting with your Pro or Webinar account or with our account and take care of the work behind the scenes.
