Having benefitted from over seven years in the BPO industry
(during which time I was responsible with training new hires, as well
colleagues already within the company), I am capable at finding
and presenting new solutions, mentoring and implementing them.
Moreover, my on-the-job experience and feedback from overheads
and trainees has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including first-
rate organizational and time management abilities.
Working with Majorel for seven years has provided me the
determination to want more, to improve and develop my
professional, as well as personal abilities. My time with the company
has enabled me to meet co-workers and managers who have
motivated me to seek new challenges and always go the extra mile
in order to successfully and efficiently complete any tasks assigned.
Furthermore, my experience and accomplishments in sales have
enabled me to identify opportunities and deliver the most well-
rounded and relevant solutions given each circumstance I have met
so far.
