We are tre.bureau - an interior design studio founded by Illia and Yelyzaveta Masko. We create spaces free from unnecessary drama, focusing on clean lines, honest materials, and sophisticated spatial logic.

Our core expertise lies in high-end residential interiors and bespoke commercial spaces where every detail serves a purpose. We believe that good design is an emotional dialogue between textures, light, and the people inhabiting the space. We are also available for CG visualization outsourcing.

• 3D Visualization & CG Rendering (Outsource): Photorealistic rendering, material simulation, and lighting composition for architects and design studios worldwide.

• Consulting Services: Property selection, Design Direction, Decoration & Styling

• Custom Millwork & Joinery: Tailored design of hidden storage, concealed workspaces, and bespoke furniture elements.

WORKFLOW & TOOLS:
We use a modern and rigorous technological stack:

• Visualization & Modeling: 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, Revit

• Drafting & Documentation: Autodesk Revit

PRICING:
We work on a project-by-project and fixed-fee basis to ensure the highest quality of execution.

• Full Interior Design Concept (including visualization, layouts and specifications): from $30/m²

• 3D Visualization & CG Rendering (Outsource): from $300 per view (interior and exterior)

• Consulting Session (hourly based).

• Architectural & Space Planning (individual rate)

Note: For projects under 100 m², rates are calculated individually. For large-scale projects, discounts are discussed separately, so please feel free to reach out with your individual inquiry.
