Hello, welcome to my profile! My name is Jainam, and I am a seasoned, entrepreneurial Real Estate Finance Advisor and Investment Professional with a breadth and depth of Real Estate experience. Under my leadership, I have pioneered the evaluation of over 100+ projects to date, totaling over $2 BN in project capitalization and covering 4,500 residential units and 5.5 million square feet across the U.S. In addition, I liaise with senior leadership, stakeholders, and finance teams to ensure the company’s real estate investment support structure is driving the business forward with minimal expenditures. The results of my leadership have earned repeated commendation, as I proactively discover new business opportunities, embrace innovative ideas, and devote my time to learning new skills and diversifying my investments.

I am academically educated in this field with an M.Sc. in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University, experienced in financial analysis, market research, and strategic planning for leading organizations. I am recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for identifying new and value-add opportunities through skilled due diligence and analysis.
