I’ve worked in several industries from Automobile to Healthcare and have designed and developed complex software solutions. I’ve been on the tranches like the technical teams I have led, and moreover, my experience as founder and executive launching a MedTech company provides me with a unique perspective on technology and business challenges. Some of my career highlights: • Led revolutionary groundbreaking enterprise developing leading-edge medical devices based on biophysics and Artificial Intelligence for cancer screening. • Provided operational direction, guidance on strategy and policy development, as well as software architecture and implementation. • Innovated and implemented best-in-class screening technologies with real-time results and superior efficiency with attention to cost savings initiatives. • Succeeded in raising $5M+ including government grants and private investment from Venture Capital enabling lucrative launches of medical devices across LATAM generating positive results. • Successfully executed strategy to provide cancer screening to more than 30,000 women in less than two years. • For more than a decade worked as an IT consultant supporting PM and CTO roles in Silicon Valley. Worked for corporations like Johnson Controls, Inc and Philips, Inc. Successfully delivered complex solutions that integrated MFG plants with vendors supporting more than 250 facilities in America and EMEA. Was responsible for directing and managing a team of developers during the implementation and adoption of Agile and Scrum methodologies. • I've Mentored entrepreneurs and researchers in constructing business models and developing valuable partnerships. As part of the evaluation committee, supported business plan competitions for the graduate programs at UT's Business School, (MBA and MSTC) and participated in multiple acceleration and incubation programs, including Texas Venture Lab, Village Capital, 3-Day Startup, and others.
