With regards to power source, we seldom experienced power outages, but as a call center we take the business seriously and to avoid any power shortage, we buy a minimum of 10KVA Diesel Generator as a backup supply just in case power outage arises. We also consider one of the top 3 concern of most of the center, the internet connectivity, so far in our area Globe and PLDT are the key players so we get SME PLDT with 300 MBPS and Globe for 500 MBPS both SME. We started 15 agents and we are open for any expansion and we can do that in just half a month if we need to add 15 more and a month time if we need to add 30-50 agents.
