Who am I?

I was one of the earliest members in an Artificial Intelligence unicorn (worth over $2 billion now) and helped scale the revenue to $100 million annually. I worked with clients worldwide to optimize their call center operations through intelligently pairing call center agents with customers calling in, resulting in a 7% increase in telesales.

I recently completed my Master’s in Computer Science (Data Science) from the University of Southern California - Fight On! I pursued my degree on a Fulbright Scholarship, which is a scholarship sponsored by the U.S. Department of State, and awarded to a handful of exceptional candidates from across the world.
