I am operating an agency composed of skilled Accountants who are my former colleagues from my corporate job. My over 15-year corporate career included working in shared service centers for two multinational companies, and I served as a team leader and first-line manager for the General Ledger and Reporting team. Our tasks involved ensuring that month-end and year-end accounting closing and reconciliation activities are carried out accurately, promptly, and in accordance with company policies and reporting standards.

I have over 20 years of experience as a Bookkeeper/Accounting Professional, and my goal is to provide you with high-quality bookkeeping and accounting services for your business.

• A solid understanding of the basics of accounting and bookkeeping (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll)
• Proven ability to analyze, calculate, and categorize expenses and record transactions according to existing policies and procedures.
• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers and excellent attention to details
• Pro in Bank Reconciliation, Account Reconciliation, Variance Analysis, Fixed Assets
• Expertise in QuickBooks, FreshBooks, Waveapps, SAP, JDE, and other accounting/bookkeeping apps
• Hands-on experience with Excel and other Microsoft and Google apps
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to various processes, apps/software
