I’m an Army veteran and an Official Zoho Partner. I'm a self-starter who is deadline driven. I help small to mid-size companies implement, improve, or integrate various Zoho applications. Those applications include Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Campaigns, SalesIQ, Zoho One, Zoho CRM Plus, Zoho Creator, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics, and more.

I started my journey as an Engineer and Developer as an entrepreneur. I owned an apparel company that sold B2B to retail chains and events. In using and customizing Zoho One (Books, CRM, Projects, Creator, plus G Suite and RingCentral) for my business, I learned how to make the software match our business processes. This is mostly done through customization and automation. I love helping other businesses succeed, so I now work full-time as a consultant.

I have helped several clients from various industries migrate to Zoho applications. This includes customizing Zoho applications, automating Zoho applications through custom functions, or integrating Zoho applications with third-party software through API.
