How we can work together?
We Act as a Business Partner providing advice to all company management from the economic and financial perspective of the business, in order to get the excelence and minimize costs and risks.
We are able to:

• Bookkeeping, invoicing, Payments and Receivables sectors.
• Be the main point of contact for external auditors, financial institutions and advisors.
• Prepare and analyze the Financial Statements, BS, P&L, CashFlows according to the principles of Local and International Accounting (IFRS).
• Planning and preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecast. Lead the international reporting process following the corporate deadlines and required standards.
• Control deviations of real expenses vs. the budget. Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of good.
