We have overall 11 years of experience of providing virtual assistance services.
We have a team of property managers working since last 4 years with various difference property management companies based in UK and USA.

We have experience of:

1. Listing the properties online
2. Sourcing tenants
3. Contacting the leads (tenants) via messaging system/emails and calls
4. Arranging viewing / showings of vacant properties (Self showings/ Agent showings)
5. Chasing the prospective leads after the viewing /showing
6. Negotiating and finalising the tenancy terms with the prospective tenants
7. Managing reference check, arranging pre-tenancy cleaning and Move-in Inventory/ walkthrough
8. Preparing lease agreement and getting them signed as well as keys handover
9. Managing maintenance of the property starting from small handyman jobs to emergency leaks / partial or complete refurbishment
10. Managing compliance of each property
11. Managing and tracking rent collection, chasing tenants for any delay in rent or arrears
12. Issuing notices to tenant

• Have managed new built as well as x-council properties and Houses with Multiple occupancies.

Have developed a team of Property managers who have been trained well enough, so they can handle property management individually for a company. Can assign you a single or a team of property managers who can work for you exclusively and shall report to you. We have a fully furnished office here in India and a team of supervisors who make sure the managers are on top of their jobs. We provide daily/ weekly/ monthly report of the progress.
