ABOUT ME
As a Training director, I led a team of dozens of training managers, training coordinators and trainers who delivered high-quality training to a multitude of customer experience agents across multiple languages and regions. My mission is to ensure that our staff is aligned with the company's standards and values, as well as the needs and expectations of our clients.

With over 10 years of experience in training-related roles, I have extensive knowledge of the most effective and efficient learning methodologies, such as flipped classroom and gamification. With extensive knowledge in Lean Six Sigma, I apply its principles to analyze the root causes of problems and design improvement plans. My passion is innovation and automation of training processes, using technological and digital tools to optimize resources, time, and results.
