In addition to freelancing, Ruby is the proud owner of three centers in the Philippines: two specialized training centers and a phone center. These centers allow us to provide high-quality training and real-world experience for our Virtual Assistants (VAs), specializing in various niches such as website management, social media, cold calling, customer support, and general administrative assistance.

Phoebe Grace Sazon has 8 years of experience in the BPO industry, where she developed a strong background in team management, lead generation, and customer service. Throughout her career, Phoebe has excelled in various roles, including cold calling, appointment setting, and lead research, with a particular focus on real estate and administrative services. Her extensive leadership experience includes managing large teams of up to 300 agents, where she prioritized client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Additionally, Phoebe has worked as a General Admin VA, specializing in lead generation and outbound calls, and she has significant expertise in CRM systems and tools such as Xencall, Mojo Dialer, Ring Central, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Canva, and Keap. Her deep understanding of these tools, combined with her ability to adapt to different industries and roles, ensures that we offer highly tailored services that meet your unique business needs.
