Our experience includes custom form development, provider-specific patient workflows, billing automation, claim submission, ERA processing, dynamic reporting, and complete UI customization within OpenEMR. We have also developed Mirth Connect pipelines for healthcare data exchange using HL7 messaging, including DFT message processing.

We have successfully integrated multiple external healthcare APIs into OpenEMR such as PandaDoc for e-signatures, Availity eligibility and claim status APIs, Quest Diagnostics APIs, and mobile application APIs for patient vital data.

In addition, we have integrated several third-party healthcare tools, including Weno for e-prescriptions, Comlink for telehealth communication, and Jitsi for telehealth video consultations.

Our team has strong experience in healthcare interoperability standards, including FHIR REST APIs and HL7 integrations. We have also completed EHR integrations between OpenEMR and other systems such as eClinicalWorks (eCW).

We have deep experience in healthcare billing and EDI processing, working with 837, 835, 277, 270, and 271 transactions. We have integrated claim processing systems with clearinghouses such as Availity, Office Ally, Waystar, and HHAeXchange.

Beyond OpenEMR, we have also developed specialized healthcare software, including Dermatology practice management applications, Behavioral Health Therapy systems, and pharmacy/drug management modules.

Additionally, we have built mobile patient portal applications using React Native, allowing patients to securely access their health data from mobile devices.
