OUR SERVICES INCLUDE:

1. Set-up
   • Set up Accounts to Xero or QuickBooks.
   o Importing/creating a Chart of Accounts.
   o Uploading bank transactions (for banks that don't connect to the system).
   o Integrating Xero or QBO to A2X Accounting for e-commerce clients. (optional)

2. Catch-up.
   • If you have any accounting records that are years behind bookkeeping, we could help you get your accounts updated and reconciled.

3. Clean-up
   • We will fix your messy and unorganized chart of accounts.
   • We will delete any duplicate transactions and add any missing transactions.
   • We will reconcile any outstanding bank and credit card transactions to match with your invoices and receipts.

4. Daily Bookkeeping
   • We will help you maintain an updated record of your accounts by doing the following services:
   o Bank and credit card reconciliations.
   o Match the invoices and receipts to your bank and credit card transactions.
   o Make the necessary journal entries.
   • We will give you snapshots and insights about how your business is doing by providing:
   o Month-end and Year-end Financial Reporting.

5. All other tasks necessary to maintain the cleanliness of your accounting records and make sure it is ready for tax season reporting and filings.
