I graduated Magna Cum Laude with the degree of AB Mass Communication with specialization in Public Relations. I worked for a BPO company as a Division Manager and handled several accounts, from sales to financial to technical accounts for almost 10 years. I have an extensive knowledge in these fields and have undergone several leadership and communications training that helped me understand the different layers of this industry.

I have been doing freelance work for over 5 years already and have proficient knowledge in Zendesk, Freshdesk, Asana, Intercom, Greenrope, Slack, etc to name a few. I have had several clients also doing live chat, email response, ticker resolutions, sales, phone calls, moderation, QA and article writing.
