Our Methodology
a. I will be using Agile Methodology in order to update the things in the middle of the project.
b. I will provide you set of designs based on your requirements(screens), so that you can approve the design set you like and we will keep you updated until you finalize.
c. I will use a version control system like GIT with master branch locked and will work on the development along with keeping pushing code there every day, so that you will have code access from the very 1st day of development till the end. We can maintain the branches of each version and merge master when stable. d. I can increase the team size at any time we see the delay due to newsprint. e. I will provide you with 3 months of free maintenance after we go live.
