Usually the project starts with a video call to fully comprehend the problem, followed by short planning and 10 to 70 hours of engineering work (depending on the system size) with deployments starting around half of the project. Thanks to super-experienced staff, Lean project management and reusing existing components, it is typical for us to deliver a system in 20% or 30% of estimates provided by other companies.
