Manager Office Hours—

Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (Phone/Chat Appts 10am - 4pm)
Saturday, short-hours for official "rush orders." Sunday, out of the office

Rush Orders—

*For Saturday "rush order" accommodations, as well as 24-48-hour immediate turnarounds, a 25% rush fee will be applied.

Payment Schedule—

Fixed price contracts require a 50% non-refundable down payment, with the remaining 50% due at time of file delivery— to be made within 3 business days of receiving deliverables.

Deliverable File Formats—

*Adobe's Creative Cloud powers our creations, and when applicable, delivers your files in native formats. Please expect all files to be delivered in one of the following formats: .ai, .psd, .indd, .pdf. Raster formats such as .jpg, .gif, or .png are available for delivery upon request.

Job Invitations—

Though we value and very much appreciate all job invitations and budget ranges, we work hard to provide a top-tier experience for the clients we serve. Before sending an invite, please take some time and look through our work history to get an understanding of our price-points, the level of service, and the quality of work you can expect when hiring us. All job invitations that fall outside of our general price-points and hourly rates will not be considered. Thank you kindly for your understanding in this regard.
