I have successfully built and managed custom websites and mobile apps since 2010. I focus on strong communication, expectations, and relationship building which has allowed me to grow and scale and boutique agency that specializes in everything from a simple brochure website to a complex web/mobile app ERP, CRM, inventory management, real-time GPS tracking web, and mobile app. You will interact directly with me as your specialist for meetings, emails, etc. While I do have an in-house team that supports my efforts, we complement each other and partner well with other teams who work in our space. We use best practices such as Agile, codebase repository management, automated deployments and quality assurance. My hourly rates depend on the type of work that I'm doing. - HTML/CSS: $42/hr - Frontend Development (JavaScript): $48/hr - Backend Development (PHP/Node.js): $48/hr - Quality Assurance: $54/hr - UX/UI: $54/hr - DevOps: $84/hr - Strategy/Consultation: $148/hr My services regarding web and mobile development can be categorized in two different ways: consultation and implementation. As a consultant, I use my depth of knowledge and experience to advise stakeholders on the best approach to solving their problems through technology. I hope to build trust, educate and provide clear communication to the point where they feel inclined to allow me to provide the implementation. Implementation can be broken down into different phases but typically fall under design, development, and QA. **Tech Strategy/Consultation** I work with stakeholders to define the best approach to solving their problems with technology by collaborating with different clients such as the single-owner startup entrepreneur looking to create their first MVP, the Project Manager of a design and/or marketing agency, or the CMO of an enterprise. If you're unsure of the best approach and would like some guidance, I'm happy to jump in and provide an expert opinion. Having worked in building countless websites, mobile apps, and marketing campaigns since 2009, I’ve had the ability to learn how different businesses operate at many levels, giving me a holistic understanding of the existing technologies out there and how they might be leveraged to solve a problem. I typically start with a discovery call to better understand the objective(s), timeline, and budget so I can provide the best direction/consultation for the solution. **Implementation** If you already know exactly what needs to be done and just need someone to implement it, please let me know and I'll be happy to get it done. My consultation and implementation services typically fall into the following categories: • Brochure website (WordPress or similar CMS) • Web application (ReactJS, AngularJS, some Flutter) • Mobile app (React Native, Native Android, and iOS as well) • E-commerce (Previously Magento, now more in Shopify/Shopify Plus) • SEO: Onsite and Offsite Strategy and Implementation • Web server management/automation (Debian-based, automated staging/production deployments, Dockerized development environments) • Quality Assurance (Manual and Automated) • Page speed optimization • User experience design • User interface design • Brand identify I’ve worked across the following industries in different capacities: • Education • Finance • Food • Logistics/Warehousing • Pharmaceutical • Professional Services (Legal, Medical, Photography) • Real Estate • Retail (E-commerce) * Hourly rates vary from task to task, depending on the type of service that’s being rendered, giving me the ability to compete in a global market. For example, my hourly rate for CSS/HTML coding would be at different rate than the rate if I were to create a Node.js API. Rates typically start at around $40/hr for something simple like coding a responsive landing page up to $60 for something more complex such as building on API on Node.js or scripting some QA Automation.
