At Dreamworld Solutions Pvt Ltd I am managing a small team of developers and a devops engineer.

For micro-service development we use Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, CouchDB, Apache Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, Firebase real-time database & cloud-functions. Eclipse IDE is used for server development. Earlier, we were using MySQL as DB & Hibernate as ORM, but now we prefer document based DB.

For UI development, we use Polymer 2.0 mainly to develop PWA (Progressive Web App). Though in the past we have worked with many other libraries & frameworks like jQuery, Backbone, Bootstrap etc. Visual Studio Code is used as IDE.

I am having very good knowledge about DevOps tools and best-practices too. In this area I have worked with Gitlab, Jenkins, Docker & docker-compose, Kubernetes, Sonatype Nexus, Openstack, AWS services like EC2, ECS, S3, Route53, Cloudfront, Cloudwatch.

We use Scrum pattern to manage product development. And tools like Kerika, Trello or Asana to manage work items.
