Most recently, I worked on a large FHIR-based digital care platform for a leading Dutch university medical center — a production system connecting hospital EHR data (HiX) to clinician-facing apps. It spans a .NET 8 / Azure Functions backend (FHIR R4 pipelines, SAML2/DigiD SSO, federated data access, AI-assisted care tooling) and a clinician (HCP) web app built in React/TypeScript, used by practitioners day to day.

I also spent 2+ years building an enterprise payment and account-management ecosystem for universities and institutions — 21 projects covering a WCF/REST payment platform integrating 10+ gateways (TouchNet, Authorize.Net, PayPal, Moneris, Global Payments, FlyWire and more), a multi-tenant admin system with RBAC and audit logging, an e-commerce portal, and an Angular 15 front end.

I spent 6 years as lead developer on HealthTrac (SetpointHealth), migrating a weight-management platform off Classic ASP & VB.NET onto .NET Core, Web API, and Vue.js, and integrating 9+ health-device APIs.
