Currently, as an IT HR Coordinator at the University of South Florida, I guide employment actions, lead detailed onboarding meetings, and help teams navigate approvals and systems following the university’s transition to Oracle. My background includes coordinating offer letters, managing compliance records, and providing dependable support across departments - all while maintaining a people-first, positive approach.
