I joined TA3 as one of its earliest team members and helped support its growth from approximately $80K to $30M in annual sales. My experience spans consumer brands, healthcare, SaaS, capital raising, and financial strategy.

As a Fractional CFO, I work directly with founders and management teams of early-stage and growth companies, from seed through Series A and beyond, across SaaS, AI, consumer brands, healthcare, and professional services.

INVESTMENT BANKING & CAPITAL MARKETS

Before becoming a Fractional CFO, I spent over 10 years in investment banking with Société Générale and Cowen. As an M&A Director, I supervised the execution of over $10 billion in transactions involving companies including Vivendi, Warner Bros., Telecom Italia, Pathé, and the French State.

My background also includes public equity research, buy-side investment analysis, and public accounting. I earned my CPA while working at Price Waterhouse in New York and London.

STARTUP EXPERIENCE & CREDENTIALS

My CFO experience includes venture-backed technology companies, SaaS businesses, consumer apparel brands, and healthcare companies, including CareLinx and Vive Health.

I also lecture on startup financial modeling and venture finance at UC Berkeley Haas (MBA295A) and serve as a Director of the California Innovation Fund, where I participate in evaluating early-stage investment opportunities.
