I'm a Product Designer, Agentic Engineer, and Product Thinker with 18+ years of experience building digital products that people actually want to use — across eCommerce, B2B, B2C, SaaS, and enterprise platforms.

My background spans some of the region's most recognized brands: Head of Design & Experience at StarHub, Design Manager for Enterprise UX at Agoda, Team Lead at Microsoft, and senior roles across the US and Southeast Asia. I've built and led multidisciplinary teams of designers, researchers, and brand strategists — but these days I'm fully hands-on, freelancing full-time and doing what I love most: solving real product problems from the ground up.

What makes me a little different: I don't just design — I build. I'm comfortable working across the full product stack, from early strategy and user research through Figma prototypes, design systems, and developer-ready handoff. As an Agentic Engineer, I work with AI as a deliberate collaborator — defining the architecture, logic, and approach first before directing AI tools to execute with precision. This is a fundamentally different discipline from simply prompting and hoping for the best. I also integrate AI into my design workflow daily — accelerating research synthesis, generating concepts faster, and moving from brief to polished output more efficiently than a traditional process allows.
