WEB APPS AND SAAS
I build web apps from scratch and extend the ones you already have. A new build from scratch covers accounts, an admin panel, subscriptions, role based access and permissions, and the reporting your team opens every morning. Role based permissions go into the first schema, because retrofitting access control after launch is the most expensive fix I get called in for. Next.js, React, Node.js, Python, FastAPI, Supabase, PostgreSQL, Stripe, on AWS or GCP. A landlord compliance web app I built for the Baltimore City market is a good example of a new build from scratch, delivered in milestones.

API AND BACKEND SERVICES, DATA SYNC ACROSS SYSTEMS
What breaks is rarely the screen. It is the data sync across systems underneath. I build the API and backend service layer that keeps your CRM, calendar, payment and accounting tools holding the same record: REST APIs, webhooks, retries, idempotency, and error logging loud enough that a failed sync surfaces instead of quietly losing data. I have built this against Zoho, GoHighLevel, QuickBooks, Stripe and Google Workspace, where most data sync across systems falls over.

REPORTING AND ANALYTICS
Once the data is reliable, reporting and analytics stop being a spreadsheet someone updates on Fridays. Pipeline tracking, conversion reporting, KPI dashboards and scheduled exports, with nightly recalculation and role based views so each person sees their own numbers. Reporting built on your live data, not a copy of it.

AI POWERED AGENTS AND WORKFLOW AUTOMATION
A lot of the work is workflow automation rather than screens: lead qualification, follow up, document processing, support triage, internal ops. I build AI powered agents and multi agent workflow automation with OpenAI and Claude, with a human approval step wherever a wrong answer would be costly. An AI powered legal document engine I built with Claude is still in production today.

NO CODE AND LOW CODE / AI ASSISTED DEVELOPMENT
Not every workflow automation needs custom code, and I will tell you when it does not. I build and maintain on n8n, Make, Zapier and GoHighLevel, and work with Claude, Codex, AI coding tools, Airtable, Lovable, Replit and v0, including systems that outgrew the platform they started on. Where the tool hits its ceiling I extend it with an API rather than forcing a rebuild from scratch.
