On the OutSystems side specifically, I've built modular architectures for large-scale deployments, used Integration Builder and BPT for workflow automation, and worked with Forge components and external API integrations. This isn't low-code as a shortcut. It's using the right tool to move faster without sacrificing quality.

On the AI automation side, I've delivered RAG-based assistants grounded in client-approved documents (no hallucination, no out-of-scope answers), n8n workflows that classify and route emails by intent, and operational platforms that turn manual SOP binders into queryable, versioned knowledge systems.
